Introduction:
Don Tyler was born and raised in Northwest Indiana on a diversified family farm. He was actively involved in every area of this grain, hay, beef, sheep and swine operation with his 3 brothers and 3 sisters. Don's father, Myron Tyler, was known for having the best welding and repair shop in the area.

Since 1995, Don has been self-employed as a Management Coach and Advisor for a variety of businesses, mostly in Agriculture, from the Northeast to the Western Plains and Southwestern States. His work focuses on helping businesses of all types increase their profits, improve communication skills, strengthen the relationships between employers and employees, and help employees become more personally accountable and achieve higher production goals for the operation. He also works very closely with families, professionals, educators and a wide variety of businesses, helping them through transitions and challenges in their journey to long-term success.
Don is a regular blogger for Beck Ag Connects, is a writer for FeedLot(c) Magazine, and recently penned the "Dear Boss" column for PORK (c) Magazine where employees write in for advice on dealing with their coworkers, supervisor or employer.
Don's training sessions and presentations are concise, practical and enriching-providing common sense solutions to business challenges, and to everyday challenges in our interactions with people. He helps leaders and professionals in a variety of businesses fine-tune specific skills to enhance their effectiveness. All of Don's presentations are customized to the audience.
Don and his wife, Peggy, have been married for 36 years, and have three sons-Joshua is a Staff Sergeant in the Marines, Jared is a pastor in Anderson, IN, and Aaron is a Computer Programmer and Private Computer Consultant. Don and Peggy have three granddaughters, Arielle, Zoe and Eve, and four grandsons, Caspian, Zephan, Julian and Jacob.
